Search for “Scroll Top”, install and active.

Download the .zip package.
Unzip into the subdirectory ‘qmt-scroll’ within your local WordPress plugins directory.
Refresh plugin page and activate plugin.
Configure plugin using Scroll Top – Qubemet link under ‘Settings’ menu.
