This plugin aims to make access to your knowledge base as easy as possible.
It provides a new enhanced FAQ custom post-type and a topic/thematic taxonomy, so that your questions can be well organized.
The 2 in 1 plugin
You will be able to add:
- Frequently Asked Questions page, organized by thematics
- Chatbot with autocompleter on questions to directly access to answers
Four fantastic features:
- Elastic layout: The FAQ pattern displays the FAQ in an accordion layout by topics and thematics.
- Invisible friction: Prefectly integrated in the WordPress ecosystem, everything is customizable, features are lean and extensible.
- Strong things: Add context to your questions, each question as its own URL in order to improve SEO
- Hot access: The chatbot allows your visitors to access questions from everywhere, suggestions come from questions/contexts so you can handle synomyms or more accurate answers.

faqtasticto the/wp-content/plugins/directory - Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress admin
- Go to FAQs menu
- Add some questions/answers and assign them to thematics if needed
- Display them in a page using a query loop or the given pattern
- Go to the site editor and add the chatbot block in the header or footer in order the make it available in the whole site
