Fotogenic AI connects to the Fotogenic AI service when you connect an account, refresh account-backed configuration or pricing, use Fotogenic Visual Intelligence, or start and monitor an image workflow. Depending on the action, the plugin sends the selected image files, chosen recipe options, and the account/session data required to fulfill the request. Images returned by completed workflows are saved as new attachments in your WordPress Media Library.

Activate the plugin.
Open Fotogenic AI -> Settings.
Log in to your Fotogenic AI account.
Open Fotogenic AI -> Studio and choose your first workflow.

Is WooCommerce required?: WooCommerce 9.4 or newer is required when you want to work with WooCommerce Products or update product images. Without WooCommerce, you can still use Media Library, Post, and Page images. Media Library images also work with Campaign Set and Increase Resolution.
What can I process in one run?: Generate Images supports one or multiple selected Products, Media Library items, Posts, or Pages. Campaign Set and Increase Resolution support one or multiple selected Products or Media Library items. Larger Product selections continue as a managed queue.
Are my original images overwritten?: No. A generated or enhanced image is saved separately. A Product changes only after you choose an action for the result.
Can I control where generated Product images go?: Yes. For eligible Product results, you can add selected images to the gallery, replace the main Product image, or do both. You can also leave results in the Media Library without changing the Product.
Does Fotogenic AI add anything to my storefront?: No. Fotogenic AI runs in wp-admin. It does not add frontend blocks, shortcodes, widgets, or tracking scripts.
Does the plugin work without a Fotogenic AI account?: You can open the Studio and adjust settings while signed out, but you need to connect a Fotogenic AI account to create images.
How can I try Fotogenic AI for free?: New eligible accounts receive 10 free credits. No credit card is required to get started.
Do I need credits or paid service access?: Your free credits let you try Fotogenic AI first. Continued generation depends on the credits or service access available in your account. See the current Pricing page when you are ready for more.

Ok, my honest review. I’m not the one who tries something new, but I gave this one a try because I need photos for my items. Tried a couple of my own e-shop products on my store. Seems simple, picked multiple products, set configurations which match my style and generated some photos. As promised in plugin description, the results were indeed consistent and matched what I wanted. Images look like taken with professional camera, good angles. Can add like 20 products and it works at same time for all of them. Honestly it saved me big amount of money and time because I was already searching for photographers that cost like minimum 50 euros for an hour and I believe half that time I would be spending helping photographer put the products so they look good in the camera. I don’t want think about photographer taking more money for editing photos and waiting minimum few days. So I did it by myself, in Wordpress.. I saw they have some web based app and so it provides more functionality like video generation etc but did not have time to test it yet. From what I see so far, really recommend trying it for others too, worked well for me. P.S. tried other AI photography websites, they are ok too, but I like this is integrated directly in WordPress, and this provides better control over what I want.
