See the plans at https://capiagent.com/en/pricing #### What the plugin syncs * Products — name, price, images, categories and stock. * Orders — status, total, line items, discount, tax and shipping. * Customers — from the billing details on their orders. * Live carts — as they change, while cart tracking is on. #### Languages The plugin screen follows each user’s WordPress admin language and is fully translatable; the chat your shoppers see picks its own language from the visitor, independently of this setting. #### Access The plugin creates a single WooCommerce REST key named “Capi Agent”. You can see it and revoke it at any time under WooCommerce Settings Advanced REST API. The key is handed to the platform once and is not stored in WordPress. Passwords and card details are never read. ### External services This plugin connects to the Capi Agent platform (https://capiagent.com), which is required for it to work. Nothing is sent before you connect the store. * On connecting: your site address, a WooCommerce access key the plugin creates, your store currency and time zone, and the WordPress, WooCommerce and plugin version numbers. * On every storefront page, while the chat is enabled: the chat script (widget. js) is loaded from capiagent.com, and messages a visitor writes in the chat are sent to Capi Agent to be answered. * On cart changes, while cart tracking is enabled: the cart contents and total, and the shopper’s name, email and phone when they are signed in or have entered them at checkout. * Twice a day, and when you change a setting: a heartbeat confirming the plugin is still active, with the version numbers, time zone and your chat and cart-tracking settings. * When you disconnect or delete the plugin: a request asking Capi Agent to end the connection. The plugin suggests matching text for your own privacy policy under Settings Privacy. No. The plugin creates the key inside your store and sends it once. You can see and revoke it under WooCommerce Settings Advanced REST API. ### What happens when I deactivate the plugin? The chat and cart tracking stop. The connection and the access key stay in place until you press “Disconnect store” or delete the plugin. ### Does it work without WooCommerce? No. The plugin reads WooCommerce products, orders and carts. ### Will the chat survive a theme update? Yes.
