## Açıklama

Lytescope collects Linux server and WordPress metrics and exposes them through an
authenticated REST API endpoint for monitoring dashboards.

The plugin creates a private server UUID and pull secret on activation. Metrics 
are only exposed after an administrator opts in and configures a Lytescope share
code.

### External Services

Lytescope connects to the Lytescope service at `https://lytescope.com` when an administrator
of your wordpress site saves the settings with opt-in enabled and a share code present.

The registration request sends the site URL, hostname, PHP version, plugin version,
metrics endpoint URL, generated server UUID, generated pull secret, and the configured
share code. This is required so the Lytescope dashboard can identify and authenticate
the site before polling metrics.

The plugin does not load JavaScript, CSS, images, or fonts from third-party CDNs.

## Yükleme

 1. Install Lytescope from the WordPress Plugins directory by searching for ‘Lytescope’
    under Plugins > Add New, or upload the plugin files to the `/wp-content/plugins/
    lytescope` directory.
 2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ screen in WordPress.
 3. Open Lytescope > Settings, opt in, and enter your Lytescope share code.
 4. Nope.. nothing else. Its that easy.

You can now monitor your website status from your lytescope dashboard from your 
phone.

### Which operating systems are supported?

Lytescope currently collects server-level metrics on Linux hosts.

### Are metrics public?

No. The metrics endpoint requires opt-in and an HMAC signature using the generated
pull secret.

### What data does Lytescope collect?

Lytescope collects Linux server and WordPress metrics for your authenticated monitoring
dashboard. The dashboard uses these metrics to display server and site performance
information.

### What does opting in do?

Opting in allows Lytescope to read server data for your personal monitoring dashboard.
Metrics remain unavailable until you opt in and configure a valid share code.

### Where do I get a share code?

Get your share code from your Lytescope dashboard, then enter it under Lytescope
> Settings in WordPress. No secret token is required.

### How are metrics authenticated?

Metrics requests must include an HMAC signature generated with the private pull 
secret created when the plugin is activated. Requests also require a timestamp within
five minutes of the current time.

### Why did registration fail?

Confirm that opt-in is enabled and a valid share code is entered under Lytescope
> Settings. Lytescope registers the site when you save either setting.

### Does Lytescope send data to a third-party service?

Lytescope connects to `https://lytescope.com` when settings are saved with opt-in
enabled and a share code present. This registration identifies the site so the Lytescope
dashboard can authenticate and poll its metrics.
