If you only need regular WordPress user sync and comment opt-in subscribers without WooCommerce store data, use the separate Sequenzy Email Marketing plugin. The extension uses a guided connection flow. A store manager starts the connection from WooCommerce -> Sequenzy, signs in to Sequenzy, and chooses the company that should own the store. No WooCommerce REST API keys are copied into Sequenzy. Features: * Guided Sequenzy connection and reconnection flow. * Installation heartbeat so Sequenzy can show connection health. * Initial sync for products, customers, and guest buyers. * Product created, updated, and deleted event delivery. * Customer created and profile-updated event delivery. * Order created, completed, cancelled, and refunded event delivery. * Cart-started, cart-cleared, and checkout-started event delivery. * Retry handling for transient Sequenzy API failures. * Recent failure diagnostics in WordPress admin. * Disconnect support that clears local connection state. #### Third-party service This extension connects to Sequenzy, a SaaS email marketing and automation platform, after a store manager starts and completes the connection flow. When connected, the extension sends selected store metadata, product data, customer email addresses and names, order billing details, order totals, cart line items, checkout email addresses, event names, timestamps, plugin version, WordPress version, WooCommerce version, and store URL to the Sequenzy API at https://api.sequenzy.com. No. The extension uses a Sequenzy-issued installation token instead of asking you to create WooCommerce REST API keys. ### Does this add public links, badges, or storefront output? No. The extension does not add public credits, badges, or storefront marketing output. ### How do I disconnect the store? Open WooCommerce -> Sequenzy and click Disconnect.
