You can set who sees the announcement and when to display it. You can set a background image and specify the dimension of your pop up window. Install the WP-Announce Plugin either via the WordPress.org plugin directory, or by uploading the files to your server (in the /wp-content/plugins/ directory). 2. Activate the plugin. 3. By default an announcement is set up for you. You can add as many as you want.
